We encourage young talent and so recruit apprentices from the age of 15 to work with us. Once these apprentices have achieved at least five GCSE's Grade A-C and have demonstrated their commitment to their hairdressing career, we start with in-house training at Images to help them achieve a nationally recognised qualification of NVQ's 1, 2 & 3
We also have a private learning programme - customised training plans for private tuition. These private programs are suitable for hairdressers who need a refresher course after a career break or a stylist who wishes to develop a particular skill in cutting, long hair or colour.

For hairdressers who join us and already have achieved their professional qualifications, we work on a bespoke further training programme to allow each team member to continue to learn and diversify their skills set.
